About the Project

NO LIMITS is a social project aimed at helping veterans who have been injured and need medical care or rehabilitation, but are limited in their ability to move around the city and use public transport.

Our free service is provided to people with disabilities and reduced mobility who took direct part in hostilities in defense of Ukraine, namely:

ATO/JFO veterans and disabled persons

Military personnel of the Armed Forces

National Guard of Ukraine

Security Service of Ukraine

Foreign intelligence services

State Border Guard Service

National Police

State Special Communications Service

SES of Ukraine


Where we transport to

We provide completely free transportation within the city of Odesa (with return) to the following destinations:

Hospitals and medical and preventive care facilities

Sanitary and rehabilitation facilities

Prosthetic and orthopedic companies

Bus and railway stations

TCCs and JVs, military medical commissions


Our team

The No Limits project was created by the "National Health and Safety Council" with the financial support of the "Paramedic" Group of Companies and brings together volunteers from various fields (healthcare, management, logistics, IT industry).

FAQs

Can I use your service if I do not have a combatant certificate, but I am a serviceman or woman, a veteran?

Yes, our service can be used by any person who uses a wheelchair or has difficulty moving and is a veteran of the ATO/JFO; a serviceman or servicewoman of the Armed Forces / National Guard / SSU / Foreign Intelligence Service / State Border Guard Service / National Police / State Special Communications Service / State Emergency Service, who took or took direct part in the measures necessary to ensure the defense of Ukraine, protect the security of the population and the interests of the state in connection with the military aggression of the Russian Federation against Ukraine.

Can an accompanying person go with me?

Yes, our car has a passenger seat for one adult person who can accompany you.

What is the maximum weight of a passenger you can carry?

The maximum passenger weight for which the vehicle ramp is designed is 150 kg. The maximum weight of a passenger for which our stair lift is designed is 110 kg.
But if you have a lift in your building, or you don't need stairs to get to our car, we will do our best for you! Call us if you have any doubts.

Do you transport people who can only lie down?

Unfortunately, our car is only designed to transport passengers in a sitting position.

I am in a wheelchair and live on the 5th floor without a lift, can you help me get to the railway station?

Yes, we can help you get down and up to your destination with our stairlift.

I am a combat participant, I do not use a wheelchair, but I am unable to use public transport for health reasons, can you take me to the hospital?

We will be happy to help you if a car is available at the time you need it. While our vehicle fleet is limited, our priority is to transport veterans and military personnel in wheelchairs.

Is it possible to use your service if I don't know how long I will be returning?

Without prior arrangement, we can help you if there are seats available at the time you need. Therefore, we can definitely take you one way and, depending on the situation, discuss the return journey with you.

What data do I have to provide to you to order your service?

When boarding the car, you must fill in the application form for using the service, in which you provide certain personal data or the data of a person who is your representative.

Is it really free?

Yes, our services are completely free of charge.
